Lately lots of media outlets have been examining the price of oil trying to make sense why it is so high. Heck, I did my own thinking about it not long ago.
Today I went looking for information on today's oil prices, which pretty much leads to gas going up/down.
I didn't find anything on my custom RSS feed from The Globe & Mail via PEIinfo. But a quick look on The Guardian's website had a link to an article on prices. Out of the entire article, the most important part I found was:
Speculative buying has been cited as a major reason behind oil’s more than doubling its price in a year.
