Went to a clients this morning as their network printer was no longer sending files to the computers, it just stopped out of the blue. Met a tech from the printer company there this morning. Two hours later we had almost finished removing the Norton Antivirus software from all the computers.
Upon completion, and re-installation of the Sharp printing software (and selecting send via IP address and not hostname), everything worked.
Bottom line, use AVG! For personal users, its free and is just as good as Norton or McAffe.
