With my Old Motorola Q I used to be able to sync appointments from my Desktop to my Motorola Q. With the new Blackberry I wanted to be able to do the exact same task, thanks to Google Sync for Mobile I am able to take it a step further.
I am syncing my Thunderbird's Lightning Addon, my Blackberry Calendar and Google Calendar all at the same time.
After downloading the Lightning Addon for Thunderbird and the Provider for Google Calendar addon (another thunderbird plugin) onto my desktop, I created a new calendar (and selected Google Calendar as my calendar option).
I also downloaded the Google Mobile - Sync application from Google onto my Blackberry. And then using the settings from my Google Calendar account, I sign in on both Thunderbird and my Blackberry.
