Since the sale of dotServing, I decided to track where I submit my email addresses too. One of the websites I submitted my email address to was 2008 Wireless & Mobile Expo and Conference. Today, I received the first spam email message and it was sent through the email address I use for communication when it comes to this conference.
This implies that either the Wireless & Mobile Expo and Conference are either selling my email address to people, or someone got ahold of my email address through the Wireless & Mobile Expo and Conference database.
That being said, it was more then likely that they sold my email address, therefore I would suggest you avoid providing a validly used email to this website as they appear to sell your email address to spammers.
